FAQs1) Are you able to sell the trolley cases from your luggage sets individually?
Answer:
No we are unable to sell our trolley cases individually at the present time.
2) Are all of your cabin luggage products suitable to be taken as onboard luggage with all airlines.
Answer:
Our cabin luggage products are suitable as onboard items with the majority of airlines. However, we would recommend that you check with your individual airline their exact criteria as they do vary and you should do this before you purchase your luggage from us.
3) My luggage was badly damaged whilst in transit when I was on holiday. Is this covered by your guarantee?
Answer:
No in this instance you should report your damage to your airline or airport handling agent whilst still in the airport terminal building. They will arrange for a new replacement case to be given to you there or if unusual for one to be sent to you at their cost. Our guarantees cover manufacturing faults only.
4) What size laptop do your computer cases hold?
Answer:
They take up to a 15.4" widescreen laptop, unless otherwise stated.
5) A colour is not available when I come to select a product. Why?
Answer:
This means that this colour option is out of stock at present. Please email us at enquiries@travellers-shop.com with your stock enquiry and we can let you know when we will expect to have stock again. |
