www.travellers-shop.com has a simple no questions asked, 30 day returns policy (conditions apply please see below).
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us for a full refund (not including postage) at any time within 30 days of receipt. Just email us on customerservice@travellers-shop.com or call us on 0845 602 6936, so we can authorise the return, give you a returns authorisation number and give you instructions on how to return it to us and to which address.
This will be at your own cost and the product must be in its original packaging and unused condition. We advise you that all returns should be sent back to us by either recorded delivery via an insured courier service at your cost.
Once returns have been thoroughly checked at our warehouse to ensure they have not been used, refunds if applicable will be made within 10 working days of your goods arriving at our warehouse.
All returns must be accompanied by a valid returns authorisation number obtained from us.
In the unlikely event that a defect is noticed on a product upon receipt, please notify us straight away in the same way and we will collect the goods at our cost. A replacement item can then be sent to you free of charge.
Replacement / Guarantees:
All products sold on our site are covered by a 3-year manufacturer's guarantee. Each product is guaranteed for 3 years from its purchase date against any manufacturing defect involving the zipper or stitching.
The guarantee does not cover accidental damage or deterioration due to fair wear and tear.
www.travellers-shop.com recommends that you examine your luggage very carefully upon arrival before leaving any airport. Mishandling is not covered by the guarantee.
If damage has occurred whilst in transit, the carrier or service provider concerned are responsible for the damage caused and a claim should be filed or a replacement should be sought from them whilst in the airport terminal building.
If a product purchased from us has developed a fault due to a manufacturing defect involving the zip or stitching, we will offer a refund for those items or for a piece pro rata if the item was part of a nest of luggage (not including the original postage charge) rather than a replacement.
If you feel your luggage product purchased from us has developed a fault covered by the manufacturer's guarantee, we would ask you in the first instance to email us about the fault at customerservice@travellers-shop.com and preferably attach a digital photograph illustrating the problem.

Cancellation Policy:
www.travellers-shop.com can accept the cancellation of an order by contacting us by email at sales@travellers-shop.com or by telephoning 0845 602 6936 as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on dispatching our goods very quickly, so the earliest possible time you can notify us of a cancellation of an order would be appreciated.
If your goods have already been dispatched and are with a carrier, they can still be cancelled but your refund will be less the carriage charge incurred by us for dispatching your order.
If you have actually received your goods then the order will be complete but you can return them to us for a refund under our normal returns policy.
